1. Cancel/Modify Order
At Hazeflow, we understand that plans change. That’s why you can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order is locked for processing and shipped to our carrier.
2. How to Modify/Cancel Your Order
Follow these simple steps:
- Gather your order details, including the order email and order number (found in your confirmation email).
- Clearly state your request for modification or cancellation.
- Email your request to [email protected] with the subject line: [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].
3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 1 business day. If approved, the refund—whether for a cancelled order or an adjusted amount for a modified order—will be processed within 3 days.
