Intellectual Property Claim – Hazeflow
At Hazeflow, we respect intellectual property rights and are committed to ensuring our platform, hazeflow.shop, operates lawfully. If you suspect an infringement of your intellectual property through our website, we’ve outlined a clear process below to address your concerns. For assistance or to file a claim, reach out to us at [email protected].
A. How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement
Hazeflow takes infringement seriously. Our policy is to:
- Remove or disable access to any content (e.g., text, images, or graphics) that we believe infringes third-party rights after receiving a valid notice.
- Suspend services to repeat offenders.
If you believe content on hazeflow.shop violates your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send a detailed notice to our Designated Agent at [email protected]. Include the following:
- Work Identification: Specify the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim is infringed, including any registration numbers if applicable.
- Infringing Content Details: Describe (a) how the content infringes your rights and (b) its exact location on hazeflow.shop with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your Contact Info: Provide your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: Confirm that you believe, in good faith, the use is unauthorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: Declare, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Signature: Include an electronic or physical signature of the authorized person.
B. What Happens After a Valid Notice?
Once our Designated Agent at [email protected] receives a compliant notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
C. Filing a Counter-Notice
If we believe the removed content isn’t infringing or we have the legal right to use it (e.g., fair use), we may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. This will include:
- Content Identification: Details of the removed or disabled content, including its original location on hazeflow.shop.
- Good Faith Belief: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed or blocked due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Our Contact Info: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Jurisdiction Consent: Agreement to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in our address’s judicial district.
- Signature: An electronic or physical signature.
If a counter-notice is filed, we’ll notify the original complainant. The content may be restored within 10-14 business days unless the rights holder seeks a court order against us. Restoration is at Hazeflow’s discretion.
Important Legal Note
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly misrepresenting infringement may result in liability for damages, including attorney’s fees.
