Hazeflow Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Hazeflow, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure that you fully understand our return, refund, and cancellation procedures. These guidelines apply to orders shipped within the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
Hazeflow offers a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as when received—unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase when submitting a return request.
B. Missing Return Label
Our packages do not include a pre-printed return label. If you cannot find a return label, simply contact us at [email protected]. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
C. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (e.g., a screenshot of your order confirmation)
- The reason for your return
- (If applicable) A photo or video showing any damage or defect
Once we receive your request, we will confirm your return within 72 hours. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
D. Damaged or Incorrect Products

E. Exchanges

F. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: Hazeflow covers the return shipping cost.
- Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customer-Ordered Wrong Product: If you ordered the wrong product, you will bear the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
- General Note: Products must be returned by mail. No restocking fee applies. Please include a video or image clearly showing the product condition and any errors.
G. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
H. Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 12 hours may be processed as a “Change of Mind” return.
